Diet Soda ?

What could be wrong with diet soda?
Answer: It's fine in moderation. We say about one or two cans a day max, but it's replacing empty calories. If you're diabetic, we actually recommend diet soda because it doesn't raise your blood sugar like regular soda. The negatives are that it might promote weight gain, and some people don't respond well to the sugar substitutes. If you're drinking more the one or two cans a day, you should be replacing the extra drinks with water.
